Mr. Nishant Dobhal ( CEO )

Mr. Nishant Dobhal is a seasoned corporate professional, trainer, mentor and business consultant with over two decades of experience in sales, training and development, channel management, partner management and team leadership. Throughout his professional journey, he has worked closely with individuals, teams and organisations to improve performance, build leadership capabilities and manage organisational change. His practical understanding of people, processes and business challenges enables him to design solutions that are realistic, result-oriented and easy to implement. At Mantra Community Private Limited, he contributes towards developing learning initiatives, entrepreneurship programmes, mentoring platforms and business support solutions for aspiring entrepreneurs, startups and growing organisations. He strongly believes that sustainable growth is achieved when people are provided with the right knowledge, guidance, skills and opportunities. His approach combines corporate experience with a deep interest in human behaviour, emotional intelligence, leadership development and organisational transformation. Mr. N.K. Sharma ( Director )

Mr. N.K. Sharma is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of rich and diverse experience across Sales, Service, Exports, Banking, Debt Recovery, Fraud Investigation, Logistics, and Business Consulting.
He started his professional journey in the cargo and logistics industry, working with reputed organisations such as Gati Ltd., Safexpress, AFL Logistics, and others. During this phase, he developed strong expertise in operations, client servicing, team handling, and business development.
He later expanded his career into the banking and financial services sector, where he gained deep exposure to areas such as Project Finance, Overdraft Facilities, Cash Credit, Loan Against Property, Retail Loans, Debt Collection, Recovery Management, and NPA Resolution. His work involved serving leading financial institutions including Deutsche Bank, IDFC, IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank, SBI, UCO Bank, Bank of Baroda, and many others.
Mr. Sharma has also played a significant role in debt recovery and legal recovery support, including matters related to SARFAESI, DRT, NCLT, recovery call centres, field collections, and liquidation of NPA properties across India.
In addition to banking and recovery, he has hands-on experience in fraud investigation for general insurance companies, working on cases related to accidental claims, theft claims, marine claims, own-damage claims, and other insurance verification processes for reputed insurers such as Bajaj Allianz, ICICI Lombard, and others.
His leadership strength lies in large-scale manpower management. He has successfully handled Fleet-on-Street teams and calling setups of 400+ people across Gujarat and Dehradun, Uttarakhand, ensuring performance, discipline, execution, and result-oriented delivery.
Along with his financial and operational expertise, Mr. Sharma is also actively involved in the domestic and international sales of whole spices, giving him practical business exposure in trading, exports, channel development, and market expansion.
Today, with his vast multi-industry experience, Mr. Sharma works as a Business Coach and Consultant, guiding startups, growing enterprises, and established businesses that are facing challenges such as stagnant growth, weak systems, financial pressure, manpower issues, operational gaps, and mismanagement.
